Swiss Coordination Conference for Continuing Education SKW
Continuing education is characterised by the parallel growth of private and state run community services, profit-and non-profit-oriented, corporate and school educational offers. This plurality can also be seen in different sponsorships and financing as well as in the extensive variety of the offers of continuing education. To be able to coordinate the processing of issues concerning continuing education between the Confederation and cantons, the "Swiss Coordination Conference for Continuing Education (SKW)" was founded in January 2005, a consequence of the preparatory work of the Swiss Continuing Education Forum. This coordination conference coordinates the processing of issues of continuing education between the cantons and the Confederation
